Shipping & Payment

The delivery of the goods takes place worldwide. Shipping costs (including VAT).

Deliveries within Germany:
We charge shipping costs at a flat rate of 5.90 € per order.
From an order value of 100,00 € we deliver free of shipping costs.
The shipment is made with DHL as an insured package. Delivery to packing stations and DHL parcel stores is therefore possible without any problems.

Deliveries to other EU countries:
We charge a flat rate for standard shipping to other EU countries as follows: 8,90 €
Furthermore, we offer our foreign customers a faster premium shipping with UPS on request.
From an order value of 100.00 € we deliver by standard shipping to EU countries free of charge.

The EU countries are: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Deliveries to non-EU countries:
We charge a flat rate for standard shipping to non-EU countries as follows: 12,90 €
Furthermore, we offer our foreign customers a faster premium shipping with UPS on request.
From an order value of 100.00 € we deliver by standard shipping to non-EU countries free of charge.

Delivery times

Please note that every single piece is lovingly handmade for you in our manufactory after receipt of order.

The delivery time depends on the respective information in the article description. The time limit for delivery begins on the day after the payment order to the transferring bank to run and ends on the day on which the indicated delivery time in days has expired. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a general holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such day. Within Germany, the delivery time is a maximum of 14 working days, abroad the delivery time is a maximum of 21 working days.

The delivery time to foreign countries is a maximum of 21 working days. The delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank and ends on the following 21st working day. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a general holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
